You will be part of a small team on large matters, and we will trust you to run smaller matters with our guidance. This means that you'll communicate with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel, help to shape strategy, principally author critical briefs and motions, take and defend important depositions, deliver oral arguments, and have meaningful roles in mediations, arbitrations, trials, and meetings with government agencies.

MBS prioritizes hiring associates with excellent law school grades, a judicial clerkship, superior analytical, speaking, and writing skills, and a desire to become a well-rounded advocate adept at civil and white-collar trials, investigations, and appeals.

MBS also values outstanding lawyers looking for a part-time, flexible, or otherwise tailored schedule as staff attorneys or of counsel.
