Overview
After MBS’s client was indicted in Virginia federal court for conflicts of interest in government contracts, MBS and local counsel negotiated a critical plea agreement in which the government agreed not to oppose a request for probation.
Results
Recently, the federal court sentenced the client to two years’ probation, and the client went home to a relieved family.
