Civil Trials
We litigate a wide range of complex civil and commercial disputes in both federal and state courts nationwide, representing plaintiffs and defendants, individuals and companies. While we regularly resolve cases early and favorably for clients, we're ready and willing to go to trial. We are stand-up courtroom advocates with extensive trial experience.
White-Collar Trials and Investigations
We represent companies and individuals who are targets, subjects, or witnesses in internal or government investigations. We often accomplish positive outcomes in an investigation's early stages, including helping our clients avoid charges. But we are also experienced in defending clients through trial, where we've obtained dismissals and acquittals.
Appeals
We pursue and defend appeals in federal and state appellate courts, whether for new clients or those we represented in the trial court. Most of our lawyers clerked on federal courts of appeals. We have substantial experience with direct appeals, mandamus proceedings, high-court discretionary review, and amicus curiae representations.
